Not a target, not a tradeoff. The systems we govern have to be defensible to the people they touch, and the people accountable for them.

Governance is a feature.
It is not a tax on AI. Built right, it is how clinical AI gets to deploy at all — and how vendors earn the trust to stay.

Clinicians decide. AI assists.
Every interface, every workflow, every audit trail assumes a clinician in the loop. We are building infrastructure for that loop, not around it.
